Who Should Take This Course?
– Individuals who have been directed by the DMV, or by the courts, to take an 8- hour Driver Improvement Clinic course. These individuals are not eligible to receive positive points on their DMV record, if mandated by the court or by DMV to complete the course.
– Individuals who would like to add positive points to their DMV record
– Individuals who have received a ticket for a traffic violation, and would like to complete the course ahead of attending court. Many times, taking the course before attending court will allow the judge to dismiss your charges on the first court date. This will also allow you to be awarded the positive points for your DMV driving record.
