Instructor – Fred is a legend in Driver Education throughout the Richmond area. He probably taught your grandmother to drive. Fred is retired from Richmond City Public Schools where he taught Health, PE and Driver Education for over 40 years. His name can be found in the Fayetteville State University Athletic Hall of Fame, the CIAA Hall of Fame, and the Bibby Boys Hall of Fame. We are beyond pleased to have this legend teaching with us. Not only will our students learn from him, but our instructors will as well.
