Dick is a retired educator with 40 years of experience in Henrico and Chesterfield County Public Schools. He retired in 2021 after 20 years at Thomas Dale High School teaching and coaching. He and his wife Pam have three adult children(Sara, Matthew and Heather.) They are also proud grandparents of 10 grandchildren. Dick enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, going to the Outer Banks and following his alma mater, Virginia Tech.
